"Acceleration: 2023 DevOps State Report" (Chinese version) is organized and translated by the China DevOps Community as a public‑service effort to increase domestic awareness of DevOps. Readers are invited to discuss any translation inaccuracies.

Over the past ten years, the DORA research team has continuously explored the key capabilities and evaluation criteria that drive high‑performance technology organizations, gathering feedback from more than 36,000 industry experts across various sectors and company sizes.

DORA investigates the relationship between work methods (capabilities) and outcomes that benefit both the organization and its employees. This study employs rigorous statistical evaluation methods to ensure neutrality and platform‑independence (see the methodology section).
