When selecting a company, besides total revenue package , we should consider whether its overtime is humane.

Overall, in the past year the longest average hours were at Pinduoduo (62.4 h) and Xiaohongshu (57.2 h), followed by Huawei, ByteDance, Kuaishou, etc. While companies keep optimizing, achieving a truly anti‑overtime environment still requires national policies; eliminating overtime remains a challenging goal.
