Solution Overview

AI customer service dialogue analysis can be completed in a few steps:

Create a Baichuan (百炼) API Key to obtain credentials for calling the model.

Create an OSS bucket to store uploaded audio files.

Create an intelligent dialogue analysis project to convert voice to text.

Deploy a Function Compute application using the provided template.

Use the AI model to analyze the dialogue, generate a report and extract insights.

Using the AI Model for Dialogue Analysis

Before deployment, complete account registration, recharge, and service activation if not already done.

1.1 Prepare Account

1. Register an Alibaba Cloud account if you do not have one.

2. Enable Function Compute service via the console and activate the trial package.

3. Enable Baichuan service through the model marketplace.
