Conference Highlights

On April 25, 2025, the 25th GOPS Global Operations Conference and Digital Governance Technology Summit were held in Shenzhen, where the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) announced the simultaneous assessment results of the ITU DevOps international standard and the domestic DevOps standard.

Bank Achievements

China Agricultural Bank became the first state‑owned bank to pass the CAICT internal coach talent assessment, achieving an AAAAA rating for its DevOps coach talent development system.

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) received a level‑3 BizDevOps assessment for its "Fast Loan" project, demonstrating leading domestic capabilities in business value management.

Shenzhen Stock Exchange successfully passed both the ITU DevOps international standard and the domestic continuous delivery level‑3 assessment for its trading supervision system, reflecting advanced R&D‑operations collaboration and security.

Exchange and Securities Achievements

Galaxy Securities had two projects—"Galaxy TianGong Account Service Platform" and "Bond Investment Support System"—that passed the continuous testing level‑3 assessment, indicating leading capabilities in the securities sector.

BizDevOps Standard Overview

The BizDevOps standard, built on CAICT’s XOps framework (including DevOps, DevSecOps, FinOps), integrates multiple standards to form an end‑to‑end business value creation process, from requirement definition to service operation and continuous value delivery.

ITU DevOps International Standard

Initiated in July 2018 at the ITU‑T conference in Geneva, the ITU‑T Y.3525 standard defines cloud computing service development and operation requirements, with contributions from over 90 representatives across more than 20 countries.

Domestic DevOps Model

The domestic "R&D‑Operations Integration (DevOps) Capability Maturity Model" was led by CAICT together with major internet, financial, and telecom enterprises, and has been adopted by numerous leading companies after its release by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
