CI/CD Practices and Experience at Qiniu Cloud: Building Efficient Engineering Systems

This presentation shares the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) experience at Qiniu Cloud, delivered by Li Qian, leader of Qiniu's Engineering Efficiency Department, who is responsible for quality assurance and platform tool construction.

Li Qian built Qiniu's quality assurance system from scratch and promoted the continuous delivery and continuous integration of the R&D system. Her research areas include agile testing and automated testing, MDD (Metrics-Driven Development), and dockerization and process optimization of DevOps.

The presentation analyzes the characteristics of the current cloud computing field and covers: the tool framework combining Travis, Jenkins, and Docker; the process of R&D iteration and deployment; how to build test environments and implement automated unit/integration/system testing; establishing quality gates; achieving "10-minute" level rapid deployment and gray release. Additionally, the speaker discusses practices in metrics-driven development.
