DBLE 3.22.07.0 Release Notes and Feature Overview
The article introduces the DBLE distributed middleware, outlines the main updates in version 3.22.07.0—including read‑write splitting local read, OpenSSL support, hint‑based query plan improvements—and provides the complete release notes, bug fixes, acknowledgments, and related learning resources.
DBLE Project Introduction
DBLE is an enterprise‑grade open‑source distributed middleware, nicknamed “MyCat Plus”, known for its simplicity, stability, active maintenance, strong community support, and extensive feature set such as data horizontal sharding, read‑write separation, distributed transaction support, multi‑shard algorithms, global IDs, and IP/SQL black‑white lists.
New Version Main Feature Updates
1. Read‑Write Separation Local Read : When the data‑center configuration of a DBLE instance matches that of a DB instance, the DB instance is treated as local and read traffic is preferentially routed to it; if the local instance is unavailable, traffic is redirected according to policy.
2. OpenSSL Support : DBLE can enable TLS‑encrypted connections, allowing MySQL clients and drivers to connect securely.
3. Hint‑Based Query Plan Improvement : Enhanced support and optimization for hints that specify query execution plans.
