The shared resource platform logical architecture diagram shows four main aspects: application system construction, resource collection, data analysis and presentation, and data application through internal and external portals.

Application System Construction – Upgrading existing systems and developing new ones using an SOA service‑oriented architecture to achieve unified management and maintenance.

Application Resource Collection – Unified handling of structured and unstructured resources via collection tools and interface templates, followed by validation, analysis, and storage in a data exchange platform.

Data Analysis and Presentation – Collected data supports querying, statistical reporting, forecasting, and decision‑making functions.

Data Application – Published through internal and external portals with role‑based access for departments, agencies, enterprises, and the public.

The technical architecture is presented in several layered designs:

Overall Architecture Design – Includes system construction, data integration, and service support layers.

Layered Application Design – Five foundational layers: foundation (network, data center, security), application data layer (structured and unstructured resources, metadata management), application support layer (enterprise service bus, workflow, forms, unified management), application management layer (multi‑dimensional classification and management of eight application subsystems), and presentation layer (portal interfaces).

Standardization is addressed through three normative systems: security standards, specification standards, and operation management standards, ensuring consistent design, construction, and operation.

User design categorizes users into public, district agencies, internal departments, and enterprises, each accessing appropriate portals.

System construction summary includes three major components: a shared information platform, renovation of existing applications, and development of new applications such as business processing, social insurance, land reserve, supervision, labor inspection, and employment management systems.

Interface management covers integration with tax, finance, civil affairs, grassroots units, and public security systems to enable seamless data exchange and improve paperless operations.

Overall, the architecture follows principles of resource integration, unified architecture, and business collaboration, employing multi‑layer structures, data warehouses, OLAP, BI tools, and knowledge bases to support statistical analysis, decision support, and risk monitoring.
