How did you get into IT? He recalls that in fourth grade his father bought a Windows 98 computer, sparking his curiosity. He started by learning the operating system, typing, Office, and creating simple web pages, later studying software development at university.

What achievement gave you the greatest sense of accomplishment? Leading his first project, he guided four teammates from concept to delivery, handling technology choices, team dynamics, stack decisions, and reporting, which taught him valuable non‑technical lessons.

What kind of developers does the industry need today? While many emphasize algorithm practice and deep technical specialization, Liang stresses the importance of combining technical expertise with domain knowledge—such as finance or manufacturing—to create effective, industry‑focused solutions.

How can aspiring developers become outstanding? He recommends active participation in community activities, overcoming shyness, sharing knowledge publicly, and continuously improving technical skills through writing, talks, and hands‑on projects, even if it means sacrificing personal time.

Why did you write "深入浅出ASP.NET Core"? Observing a lack of comprehensive .NET resources in China and misconceptions about .NET’s future, he authored the book to fill the gap. The book has been well received and helped many developers successfully deliver projects.
