Standard ITU‑T Y.ccabom‑reqts: “Cloud computing – Requirements for AI‑based operation management of cloud services” defines the architecture and functional requirements for intelligent cloud service operation, including use‑case scenarios, to promote consensus and accelerate AIOps adoption worldwide.

Domestic Industry Participation

Based on Chinese industry standards and the AIOps maturity model, more than 40 Chinese enterprises—including Alibaba, Tencent, Baidu, Huawei, JD.com, and many others—contributed to the draft, representing the national consensus on intelligent operations.

AIOps Maturity Assessment

In October 2021, the first batch of assessments for the “AIOps Capability Maturity Model – Part 2: System and Tool Technical Requirements” was completed. Five enterprises (Huatai Securities, Zhejiang Mobile, Guangdong Mobile, Qiangchuang Technology, Xijun Data) passed the comprehensive evaluation, demonstrating industry‑leading capability.
