DevOps Capability Maturity Model Overview

The "Research‑Development Operations Integration (DevOps) Capability Maturity Model" series standards are led by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) together with the Cloud Computing Open Source Industry Alliance, Efficient Operations Community, BATJ and major financial, telecom and internet enterprises. It is the first comprehensive DevOps series standard in China, recognized as the most authoritative guide for R&D‑Ops integration. The standard was officially released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and adopted by many leading enterprises across finance, telecom and internet sectors.

The DevOps standard was concluded in July 2020 by the United Nations‑affiliated ITU‑T, becoming the world’s first international DevOps standard. The assessment framework covers agile development management, continuous delivery, technical operations, application design, security and risk management, and system and tool components.
