The Innovation Center also provides cloud resources, technical support, joint innovation, standards, testing, certification, and talent training, with policy‑backed subsidies up to 4 million CNY for Shenzhen enterprises.

Cloud computing architect Clumsy Chen outlined openEuler‑based innovations on Kunpeng hardware, including thousand‑core scheduling, tiered memory management, high‑performance user‑space network stack, intelligent I/O caching, and the EulerFS file system that reduces latency by eight times and boosts throughput by 50 %.

The summit concluded with an Open Space discussion on HCE’s advantages, cloud‑OS deployment, and Kunpeng cloud industry cooperation, gathering feedback on data security, OS migration, and future collaboration.
