The platform had a large number of teachers (网师) but lacked a hierarchical operation model. Inspired by e‑commerce merchant tier systems, CCtalk decided in late 2019 to create a multi‑dimensional teacher tiering scheme based on revenue, enrollment numbers, and content quality.

Value Analysis

A three‑dimensional value analysis method was used, identifying stakeholders (CCtalk, teachers, students), setting the core focus on content , and mapping relationships to assess overall value.
