How to Install DataSpell and Activate CLion on Windows and macOS

1. Download and install DataSpell : Visit the official website, download the latest version (e.g., 2023.2.1), install it, and open the application. When prompted for an activation code, close the app and reopen it later.

2. Download the activation tool : Extract the activation package without moving or deleting it, and avoid installing it in a path containing Chinese characters.

3. Windows CLion activation :

Run uninstall-all-users.vbs by double‑clicking to clear previous activation data.

When a "done" dialog appears, the uninstallation succeeded.

Run install-current-user.vbs and wait about 10 seconds for another "done" dialog.

Open CLion and enter the provided activation code.

4. macOS CLion activation :

Open Terminal and execute uninstall.sh to remove prior activation remnants.

Confirm success when a "done" message appears.

Run install.sh ; a "done" message and a "kill xxxx" notice indicate success.

Reopen CLion and input the activation code.

5. Activation demonstration : After entering the activation code, a "Licensed" window confirms successful activation, showing an expiration date of December 31, 2099. Note that the activation may become invalid after future updates, so maintain contact for ongoing support.
