On May 28, 2021, the QECon Global Software Quality & Efficiency Conference (Shenzhen) was held, focusing on business value, intelligence, cloud‑native, and efficiency. From nearly 170 topics, over 60 were selected, featuring top industry experts.

Zhongtong Express, a leader in express logistics, showcased its fast‑growing big data industry and significant technical innovations. In 2021, Zhongtong returned to QECon to share its "quality‑efficiency integration" practices.

Senior architect Wu Da delivered a talk titled "Design Path of Big Data Quality Assurance System," describing six parts: big data introduction, the journey of data quality assurance, quality assurance at the data application layer, data warehouse layer, infrastructure layer, and personal insights.

The presentation highlighted that Zhongtong's big data applications are divided into three areas—Data Application, Data Warehouse, and Infrastructure—supporting increasingly mature capabilities. While many successful applications exist, deep‑level predictive analytics and tighter business integration are identified as future development focuses.

Wu emphasized the need for comprehensive big data architecture to ensure data availability, accuracy, and security, enabling refined data management and maximizing delivery quality and speed for digital transformation.

At the event's conclusion, Wu accepted an honor trophy from the QECon committee, underscoring that big data quality assurance is crucial for digital maturity and that the technology team will continue to evolve and seek more efficient, sustainable solutions.
