Dao (Values) Through training and communication, ensure all team members understand and endorse the core DevOps values. Promote cultural adoption through concrete actions and leadership examples.

Fa (Principles) Discuss with the team and stakeholders to reach consensus on key DevOps implementation principles. Train team members to understand and apply these principles.

Shu (Processes) Design and implement standardized DevOps processes so that all teams follow the same best practices. Continuously refine these processes through regular reviews and feedback loops.

Qi (Tools) Select appropriate tools based on process requirements and ensure they support and enhance DevOps practices. Provide comprehensive training and support so team members can use the tools proficiently.
