Organizers and Committees

Short Papers & System Demonstrations: up to 4 pages, showcasing notable open‑source projects.
Both original research papers and result‑oriented posters (including research posters, young scholar posters, and funded‑project posters) are welcome.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be submitted online (email submissions are not accepted). Papers should be unpublished, include bilingual titles, abstracts, keywords, main text, and references, and be anonymized for double‑blind review. Submissions are accepted in Chinese, formatted in Word (or LaTeX PDF) and limited to 8 A4 pages. Templates from the journals Journal of Communications and Journal of Software should be used.

Paper submission deadline: October 26, 2025 (extended from October 15).
Formatting deadline: according to the target journal’s requirements.
Publication & Poster Presentation
Accepted papers may be recommended to journals such as Journal of Communications , Telecommunication Science , Journal of Software , or the 2025 China Communications Society Academic Proceedings. Accepted posters will be presented during the poster session, with opportunities for awards and optional journal publication.
