Why it matters

The book is a static text, whereas the skills are executable agents. Instead of reading the “validate idea” chapter, a user can invoke /validate-idea and the skill will walk through the validation checklist using the user’s actual context.

Skills surface the right questions but final judgments still rely on human experience; for example, the importance of a specific pattern in a user’s situation cannot be determined automatically.

Beyond substitution, the skills act as a forcing function. Running /minimalist-review compels the entrepreneur to organize thoughts and systematically evaluate decisions.
