The Era of Technological Industry Integration is Here

The 2023 AIGC Year-End Summit with the theme "To Chase the Wind and Catch the Moon" opened its curtain, gathering industry leaders, experts, and executives to accelerate the fusion of technology and industry. Alibaba's CTO, Jiang Jiyun, emphasized that AIGC is reshaping the AI and insurance sectors. The company's self-developed AIGC platform, "Zhi You Lingxiu", has been applied in multiple areas including intelligent production, marketing, operations, and customer service, producing tools like text creation, seat-side assistance, quality inspection, cost control, and compliance documentation. Additionally, innovative solutions for multilingual translation and exam question generation have been introduced.

Currently, internal practices have shown that intelligent customer service reduces agent time per session by over 10 seconds, quality inspection covers more than 100 risk management points across scenarios like sales and claims. The three-language translation tool has improved international business by correcting mixed scripts and spelling errors, reducing low-level compliance errors by 89%. The open-source initiative includes six categories of 10 projects, with the announcement that DevPilot, the AIGC-based code assistant tool, will be fully open-sourced on December 1st, offering plugin environments for free.

DevPilot integrates with IntelliJ and Code Llama, providing capabilities such as code generation, test generation, code commenting, code repair, code review, performance checks, and code explanation. It supports custom-tuned models and has been internally used to boost development efficiency by 20%. Jiang Jiyun stated that open-source is key to building a collaborative developer and user community, driving sustainable industry growth.
