Vivo's Participation in the 2nd OSPO Summit 2024

The 2nd OSPO Summit was successfully held on March 28-29, 2024, at the Science Park Conference Center in Nanshan District, Shenzhen. As a sponsor and member of the organizing committee, vivo actively supported and participated in the conference.

The summit, themed "OSPO Releases Open Source Value," featured four thematic sessions: Dao (道), Fa (法), Shu (术), and Qi (器). The event included keynote speeches, panel discussions, and unconference-style open discussions, allowing all participants to engage in exchanges and discussions.

The summit covered various aspects of OSPO, including policy-making, community building, compliance, and cultural cultivation. It explored how OSPO can become an indispensable part of corporate strategy and unlock the unlimited potential of open source.

vivo's OSPO representatives actively participated in the conference preparations and were responsible for the overall planning and implementation of the "Qi" (器) thematic session. This session featured three parallel roundtable discussions focusing on open source governance tools, compliance and security tools, open source project infrastructure tools, and open source project operation and growth tools.

Through these discussions, participants gained valuable insights and contributed to the development of the "Tools-for-OSPO" open source tool list, which is available on GitHub.
