AI is rewriting the core unit of internet products from “answer” to “delivery” and shifting product design from “how to organize functions” to “how tasks are delegated”.

In the past two years, mainstream AI products have focused on making conversations more natural, responses faster, and models feel like an always‑online smart assistant. The chat box has been the headline hero of AI diffusion.

However, as tasks become slightly more complex, users quickly feel fatigue not because the AI is insufficiently smart, but because they are stuck managing the dialogue: repeatedly adding background, correcting direction, rewriting requests, and checking for drift. The experience feels like managing a conversation rather than delegating work.
