DeepModeling integrates Alibaba Cloud's AgentLoop into its Shrimp Runtime to observe research agent execution across tools and environments, enabling three troubleshooting paths for tool errors, external compute waits, and frontend stalls, while combining durable execution, workspace persistence, and scientific evaluation to distinguish execution success from scientific validity.
