Study Finds Over Half of Popular Android Children Apps May Violate COPPA by Tracking Users
Researchers at the International Computer Science Institute found that 57% of the 5,855 most popular free Android children’s apps likely breach COPPA by using third‑party SDKs to track personal data, prompting Google to say it is taking the report seriously and is investigating the findings.
