How to Set a Custom User Folder Name During Windows 11 Installation

Microsoft's recent Windows 11 Dev Build adds an OOBE option to customize the user folder name, letting users avoid the default truncated names generated from their Microsoft account email, but the feature works only on fresh installations or full system resets.
