6G Satellite QoS: Why Refusing Overloaded Connections Is More Responsible

This article analyzes QoS-aware access in 6G satellite networks, proposing dual KPIs (outage and served-slot QoS) and a two-phase framework combining edge caching with stable matching, showing that refusing connections during overload ensures near-perfect QoS for admitted users, unlike greedy admission which leads to widespread violations.
