On May 29, 2024 the Central Cyberspace Administration, the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued the Informationization Standard Construction Action Plan (2024‑2027) , emphasizing the internationalization of Chinese information standards and active participation in ISO, IEC, ITU and other global standard‑setting bodies.

Dual DevOps Evaluation

China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) launched a synchronous assessment based on the ITU DevOps International Standard and the domestic DevOps standard, enabling mutual recognition of certifications. The upgraded evaluation covers scope, certificates and reports, aligning with the national action plan.

Galaxy Securities’ Certification

At the 25th GOPS Global Operations Conference in Shenzhen on April 25, 2025, CAICT announced the dual certification results for the ITU DevOps International Standard and the domestic DevOps standard. China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. submitted two projects – the Galaxy TianGong Account Service Platform and the Bond Investment Business Support System – both of which passed the CAICT DevOps Capability Maturity Model Continuous Testing Level‑3 assessment, demonstrating domestic leading capability.

Project Highlights

The TianGong platform integrates a OneID system for unified client data, supports electronic signing and seal management, and provides flexible role‑based permissions across multiple business scenarios. The Bond Investment system serves FICC, fixed‑income and equity businesses, offering risk‑control, statistics, management and data‑research functions through extensive internal system integration.
