The CAICT‑led "R&D‑Operations Integration (DevOps) Capability Maturity Model"—co‑created with leading cloud, operations, and internet companies—has become China’s first comprehensive DevOps standard, recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and adopted by numerous enterprises across finance, telecom, and internet sectors. In July 2020, the standard was also ratified by the ITU‑T, becoming the world’s first international DevOps standard.
