Channel List Display and Search Ranking Model : Using LBS for shortest distance, personalized user tags, and text segmentation, the system calculates a total score based on weighted factors such as basic quality score, merchant service score, distance score, and novelty score, with time‑based weight adjustments for newer listings.

Through comprehensive ranking, the platform optimizes listing display to match individual user preferences, and future integration with big‑data BI aims to achieve personalized, thousand‑person‑one‑view displays.

"Zhouzi" Integration : To onboard large‑scale brand apartments and SaaS suppliers, JD.com Rental uses the "Zhouzi" interface to sync millions of listings from six SaaS merchants, reducing manual operations, improving management efficiency, and enabling real‑time price checks. Future strategic cooperation with "I Love My Home" is planned.

Built on an open platform, JD Cloud provides IAAS resources, PAAS middleware offers monitoring services, and SAAS delivers a complete e‑commerce and retail system, enabling a full closed‑loop merchant transaction flow and diverse marketing tools.
