Jiangxi Secure Computing Summit Launches Industry Chain Initiative to Accelerate Data Security and Value Release

Data factor market construction is accelerating, and the data industry ecosystem is forming rapidly. On December 17, the "Secure Computing Industry Summit (Jiangxi Station)" was held in Nanchang, where Ant Secure Computing, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, Jiangxi Big Data Center, Jiangxi Digital Industry Group, and Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics jointly launched the "Secure Computing Industry Chain Co‑construction Action" to focus on technology innovation and accelerate applications in finance, healthcare, and public data, promoting safe data value release.

Balancing data security protection with data value realization is a major challenge for the data factor market. Secure computing, as an emerging secure computation paradigm that integrates cryptography, trusted hardware, and system security, enables encrypted protection throughout the data lifecycle, facilitating large‑scale trustworthy data circulation and value extraction.

The first batch of participants includes China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, Ant Secure Computing, Jiangxi Big Data Center, Jiangxi Digital Industry Group, Haiguang Information, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Shandong University, Wuhan University, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, Dadi Insurance, and other research‑industry‑university institutions, covering key nodes of data supply, processing, circulation, and application.

The initiative’s main directions are to build a new paradigm for secure data applications, advance scientific research and talent cultivation, construct a diversified secure‑computing industry ecosystem, and accelerate data application promotion. By leveraging secure computing and other novel data circulation technologies, it aims to create a safe, trustworthy, and efficient data flow environment, dramatically reducing the computational cost of end‑to‑end secure data processing and fostering high‑quality data value mining.

Ant Group Vice President and Chief Security Officer Wei Tao emphasized that high‑value data will require secure computing to ensure safe flow, becoming the new computing power of the data circulation era and integrating with trusted data spaces, digital networks, and other technologies to form a uniquely Chinese data infrastructure that supports market‑oriented data allocation and value aggregation.

Recent collaborations, such as the "Farmer Instant Loan" project jointly launched by the Ministry of Agriculture’s Big Data Development Center and NetEase Bank, have demonstrated the industrial value of secure computing by providing over 6 million farmers with loan limits through a secure spatiotemporal computing platform.

The Jiangxi provincial government released a data aggregation and circulation infrastructure platform, the first nationwide platform covering provincial, municipal, and county levels, supported technically by Ant Secure Computing. This platform adopts a "Jiangxi model" of provincial construction and municipal‑county usage, creating a unified, shared data circulation infrastructure that leverages secure computing and blockchain to ensure data security and value release.

Ant Secure Computing’s secure computing hub enables end‑to‑end encrypted data flow, supporting billions of sample intersections and massive secure sample analysis with high security, performance, and ease of deployment, allowing rapid data value mining, verification, and application across sectors such as healthcare, agriculture, taxation, water resources, and inclusive finance.

Compared with traditional data circulation infrastructure, the platform’s secure‑computing foundation ensures that original data never leaves its domain, remains usable yet invisible, and is controllable and measurable, thereby alleviating data providers’ concerns and fostering trustworthy data processing environments for innovative applications.
