Why 2 of 6 Agibot Robots Failed Their Convenience Store Probation

Agibot deployed six humanoid robots in a real Shanghai convenience store for a 24-hour live-streamed shift, evaluating them on actual store metrics; four passed, two failed due to engagement and stability gaps, exposing hard challenges in flexible manipulation, long-horizon planning, and dynamic obstacle avoidance, while the Genie Master framework enabled autonomous learning that lifted task success from 28.6% to 85.7% in five days.
