AI Learning Resources and Architecture Overview – A Curated Collection

Machine learning and deep learning are currently hot topics. For work needs I have gathered learning materials, starting from the basics and gradually deepening, with a plan to combine intelligent operations and analyze the value and prospects of AI in equipment maintenance.

This article shares AI learning resources and AI system architecture; my personal analysis will be shared later. Deep learning and machine learning are the most popular technologies today; deep learning is actually a branch of machine learning. Deep learning refers to deep neural network learning; ordinary neural networks usually have 3‑4 layers due to training cost, while deep neural networks can reach 8‑10 layers with special training methods.

Deep neural networks can capture deep relationships in data, yielding more precise models that ordinary machine learning methods often miss. Next, I will share categorized AI learning videos and materials.
