DevOps Capability Maturity Model

The series of standards is jointly developed by CAICT, the Cloud Computing Open Source Industry Alliance, the Efficient Operations Community, major internet companies (BATJ), and leading financial and telecom enterprises. It is the first domestic and international DevOps series standard, and the CAICT‑led DevOps standard is under research by the China Communications Standardization Association (CCSA).

Since July 2020, the DevOps standard has been formally concluded by the ITU‑T, becoming the world’s first international DevOps standard. The assessment framework covers agile development management, continuous delivery, technical operations, application design, security and risk management, and system and tool components.
