AMD’s chief architect Su Zifeng described the new Zen 5 core as the highest‑performance, most energy‑efficient processor core to date.
Second‑generation XDNA NPU
The XDNA NPU 2 introduces Block FP16 (BF16) floating‑point precision, delivering three times the AI engine performance of the previous generation and achieving 50 TOPS, the only product offering such AI processing capability.
Consumer‑grade Ryzen 9000 CPUs
AMD launched the Ryzen 9000 series, the world’s fastest consumer‑grade PC processors, built on Zen 5 cores and the new AM5 platform, supporting the latest I/O and memory technologies. Four models are slated for sale in July.
